You will learn the techniques and methods to prepare four of her favorite delicious courses that make up this amazing dinner. Then you will dine in our lovely Vasto Room where you can toast her recipes and your cooking expertise with a glass of our featured red or white wine\, while enjoying this special culinary experience! Buon Appetito!  \n  \nMenu  \n  \n\nWhipped Ricotta\, Feta & Honey Appetizer with Toasted Baguettes \nRisotto Style Penne Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms \nCindy’s Popular Parmesan Vinaigrette Arugula Salad \nRed Wine Chocolate Cake with Red Wine Chocolate Ganache \nItalian Bread Basket \nA Glass of Featured Red or White Wine \n\n  \n  \nInstructor: Cindy Ramsey \nCindy Ramsey has been teaching cooking classes since 2012\, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and frequent collaborations with local farmers markets. She’s known for creating fun\, confidence-building classes that help students sharpen their cooking and baking skills. \n  \nTICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING.  \nAll of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep\, equipment\, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours\, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza\, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus\, you will also be served a light appetizer\, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies\, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds\, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant\, bar\, or for any alcohol). \nCancelation Policy – We do not offer refunds for any canceled Cooking Classes. Classes may be canceled by calling 614-323-8609\, up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Another class may be rescheduled within 30 days\, or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled\, but may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
