Learn the techniques and methods of grilling the perfect Italian steak and preparing the perfect accompaniments. You will enjoy a glass of our featured Tuscan wines while toasting your culinary creations as you dine on our lovely decorated Piazza. Buon Appetito! (Non alcoholic beverage options are also available.) \nMenu: \n\nSteak Tagliata with Arugula\, Tomatoes & Gorgonzola Crumbles\nCrispy Baked Potatoes with Mascarpone Cream\nSauteed Green Beans with Shallots & Balsamic Mushrooms\nLimoncello Tiramisu with Seasonal Berries from Cafe Cece\nA Glass of our Featured Tuscan Wines\n\nInstructor – Cindy Ramsey \nTICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING.  \n  \nAll of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep\, equipment\, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours\, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza\, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus\, you will also be served a light appetizer\, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies\, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds\, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant\, bar\, or for any alcohol).
