DESCRIPTION:August is now known as the most popular month for weddings\, so join us to celebrate love and friendship during this very popular class! All the dishes you will learn to prepare are stuffed with the finest ingredients used to complete this memorable menu. Once you put your heart (and stomach) Into creating culinary magic\, we’ll dine on our romantic piazza and toast to happiness and success! \nMenu: \n\nEasy Stuffed Artichoke Heart Appetizers\n“Marry Me Chicken” Stuffed Shells\nItalian Chopped Salad with Gorgonzola Stuffed Campari Tomatoes\nRaspberry & Cream Cheese “Stuffed” Cannoli\nA Glass of Fruit Stuffed Rose’ Sangria or Red Wine\n\nInstructor – Sue Berardi-Fawcett \nTICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING.  \n  \nAll of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep\, equipment\, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours\, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza\, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus\, you will also be served a light appetizer\, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies\, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds\, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant\, bar\, or for any alcohol).
