Join this class where Pizza is the star! You will learn the techniques to make a perfect light and crispy crust then create your own unique and delicious personal pizza with our array of toppings from traditional pizza ingredients, as well as a classic Margherita Pizza. For a special dessert it’s pizza all the way when you create a beautiful and colorful fruit dessert pizza. We’ll end the class with a “Pizza Party” in our festive Vasto Room, where you can savor your creations and enjoy a complimentary Italian beer or featured glass of wine! Non-alcoholic options are also available.

Originally from both Seattle and the Columbus area, Peyton has spent most of his career working in Seattle’s bustling food scene. Now based in Columbus, he brings his passion and experience to Carfagna’s as a Cooking Class Instructor. Peyton specializes in pasta, brunch menus and cooking up perfect steaks and chops!
