Celebrate summer at home while using fresh basil from your garden to create dishes you mastered in this pesto enhanced class experience! You will learn the techniques and tips to prepare a delicious burrata & blistered cherry tomato crostini appetizer, award winning fresh pesto over traditional trofie pasta, perfectly crispy pan fried chicken thighs,and a beautiful & unique Caprese salad. Then you will join the class in our lovely Vasto Room to dine on your creations, enjoy dessert, as you toast summer and your culinary expertise with a glass of our featured red or white wine! TICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING. All Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food preparation, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely “Vasto Room” or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your culinary creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class, since adjustments to the menu cannot be made during the day of the class. Our classes are designed to be educational, interactive, fun, and fill up quickly! Cancellation Policy We do not offer refunds for any canceled Cooking Classes. Classes may be canceled by calling 614-323-8609, up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Another class may be rescheduled within 30 days, or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled but may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
