We’ve adapted one of our guest’s favorite pasta making classes to teach the methods and techniques to make easy homemade pasta from scratch with a fresh summertime menu!
Chef Peyton will show you how easy it is to make homemade fettuccine with amazing Ricotta Spinach Meatballs in a Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce. You will also make a Summer Italian Chopped Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette and Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread to complete this creative Italian/ American inspired meal. You will join friends to dine in our lovely Vasto Room, where you can enjoy dessert and toast your culinary skills with a glass of our featured red wine or White Sangria Blanco. Originally from both Seattle and the Columbus area, Peyton has spent most of his career working in Seattle’s bustling food scene. Now based in Columbus, he brings his passion and experience to Carfagna’s as a Cooking Class Instructor. Peyton specializes in pasta, brunch menus and cooking up perfect steaks and chops!
