Come to our Parmigiani Party where the menu kicks off our Storewide Weekend Parmageddon Event and celebrates all things Parmesan! Learn the methods and techniques to make traditional Chicken Parmesan and Parmesan Orzo Risotto. You will also prepare a classic Caesar Salad served in a crispy parmesan “bowl”. We’ll take the party to our lovely Vasto Room where you can enjoy your culinary creations with a glass of our featured red or white wines. Then we’ll finish with a tasting of Bella’s Famous Parmesan Gelato with fresh fruit! (It’s so delicious, really!!)

Originally from both Seattle and the Columbus area, Peyton has spent most of his career working in Seattle’s bustling food scene. Now based in Columbus, he brings his passion and experience to Carfagna’s as a Cooking Class Instructor. Peyton specializes in pasta, brunch menus and cooking up perfect steaks and chops!
