You will learn time saving methods and techniques to create these 3 amazing sheet pan dinners using traditional Italian and local fresh ingredients! We will round out this meal with an Italian chopped salad and easy cheesy garlic bread. Then you will share your creations with dinner in our lovely Vasto Room. Enjoy dessert and toast your culinary success with a glass of our featured red or white wine! Non-Alcoholic options are also available. \nMenu: \n\nSheet Pan Caprese Chicken\nSheet Pan Gnocchi with Italian Sausage and Peppers\nLayerless Sheet Pan Lasagna\nItalian Chopped Salad\nEasy Cheesy Garlic Bread\nLimoncello Tiramisu from Cafe Cece\nA Glass of Our Featured Red or White Wine\n\n\nInstructor: Cindy Ramsey \n  \nTICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING.  \nAll of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep\, equipment\, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours\, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza\, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus\, you will also be served a light appetizer\, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies\, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds\, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant\, bar\, or for any alcohol).
