Join the Leggerio’s and friends at Carfagna’s for a “Homemade Ravioli Summer Fun” cooking class on Saturday, June 7 at 6:00 PM.
In this innovative class, you will learn how to make beautiful and delicious ravioli from the simple to the sublime! Our pasta expert, Sue, will teach you the tips and techniques to roll and cut the ravioli, then transform it into a fabulous dish featuring a delicious 3 cheese filling and homemade San Marzano tomato sauce. We’ll add another Italian twist making Italian Roast Chicken and Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Bundles. You’ll then enjoy dining and socializing with your friends in our lovely attached “Vasto Room”, while toasting your creations with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Additional wine or cocktails are available for purchase in our beautiful bar Saturnino. Salute!!
