Join us for a special evening celebrating the cuisine of beautiful Milan, where food traditions have resisted trends and remain timeless. We will honor their simple preparation and sophisticated flavors while teaching you to master the techniques of two time-honored favorites, famed Risotto alla Milanese and Piccata Milanese with a Mixed Spring Greens & Tomato Salad. You will then toast your culinary achievements in our lovely Vasto Room, while socializing and enjoying dessert and a glass of our featured Red or White Wine.

All Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food preparation, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely “Vasto Room” or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your culinary creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class, since adjustments to the menu cannot be made during the day of the class. Our classes are designed to be educational, interactive, fun, and fill up quickly!

Cindy Ramsey has been teaching cooking classes since 2012, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and frequent collaborations with local farmers markets. She’s known for creating fun, confidence-building classes that help students sharpen their cooking and baking skills.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for any canceled Cooking Classes. Classes may be canceled by calling 614-323-8609, up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Another class may be rescheduled within 30 days, or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled but may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
