Celebrate the arrival of the season with a hands-on culinary experience focused on fresh ingredients and foundational techniques. This class is designed to elevate your home cooking by combining the vibrant flavors of a classic Pasta Primavera with a professional introduction to essential knife skills. Before you learn the tips and techniques to make the seasonal star, “Pasta Primavera”, you will learn the basic knife skills, such as julienne, dice, and bias cut, that are important for even cooking and a beautiful presentation of this classic dish. Using your freshly prepped vegetables, you will also learn sauteing, creation of a light pan sauce, and balancing aromatic infusions, such as garlic, lemon, and herbs. You will dine in our lovely Vasto Room where you will also enjoy dessert and a glass of featured red or white wine!

Now based in Columbus, he brings his passion and experience to Carfagna’s as a Cooking Class Instructor. Peyton specializes in pasta, brunch menus and cooking up perfect steaks and chops!
