This class celebrates wonderful cuisine inspired by Tuscany in the Spring. Tuscan dishes highlight the regions fresh meats and produce, often incorporating them into simple dishes like soups, salads, and pasta with light sauces, alongside fresh meats and local cheeses. In this class, Chef Cindy will teach you how to make easy homemade pasta , then using it to prepare luscious Marsala Meatballs with Crimini Mushrooms over Fresh Linguine. You will also enjoy making a traditional Panzanella Salad with fresh vegetables and homemade croutons. You will then dine in our lovely Vasto Room where you can also savor dessert and a glass of our featured Red Wine or White Sangria Blanco. Buon Apetito!

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled.
