Events & In-Store Pick-Ups

You must cancel 48 hours prior to the date of your event or product pick-up date for a full refund. Refunds are issued on the credit card you used to make the purchase. Refunds will process in 3-5 business days.

Shipping Returns & Refunds

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Carfagna’s, Inc. 3518 Johnny Appleseed Ct, Columbus, OH 43231.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For product damaged in transit: Product can be refunded or exchanged at customer’s discretion.

In Store Purchases

Purchase receipt and products need to be returned in person to 1440 Gemini Pl, Columbus, OH 43240 within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued on a gift card for future purchases.
