Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Join us while we “cruise” the Mediterranean on an exciting culinary adventure which features offerings and techniques influenced by recipes from Italy, Greece, Spain, Persia and France.
For our 21+ classes we offer a tasting of the refined, refreshing Mediterranean Sparkling Spring cocktail, made from Italian Prosecco and French Cîroc Vodka. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
