You’re invited to a special Italian Dinner Party with Friends! This class will give you all the tools to create an easy and impressive dinner party for friends or family. Chef Marcia will teach you the methods and techniques to create 4 delicious courses including a whipped ricotta appetizer, chicken marsala scallopini, perfect risotto and a beautiful salad. You will then move to our lovely Piazza to dine and toast your friends with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute! (Nonalcoholic options are also available)
