Venice is located in the province of Veneto, which offers some of the most varied cuisine in Italy and is also the birthplace of Tiramisu and Prosecco! In this class you will experience making Cicchetti, a Venetian tradition of small plate appetizers similar to Spain’s Tapas. You will also learn various techniques for creating dishes celebrating the land, the sea and the culture of Venice and the Veneto region. You will then savor your creation as well as a traditional Tiramisu and a glass of Prosecco or red wine on our lovely Piazza!
