Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea with breathtaking scenery and over 900 miles of stunning coastline. In this class you will learn the techniques to create a classic dish still very popular today, using homemade pasta and the traditional preparation from the 1900s by food cart drivers! We will also make 3 additional delectable dishes to honor fresh ingredients from the land and sea used in the cuisines of this diverse culture.
