This exciting class will teach you the methods and techniques to make the ultimate handmade Ravioli. You will be making, rolling, and cutting the ravioli pasta, as well as creating a simple and delicious filling and a luxurious Roasted Red Pepper and Spinach Cream Sauce. We’ll wrap up this amazing class by making an Italian Chopped salad and Roasted Garlic Bread.Then you can savor your creations on our lovely Piazza while enjoying a glass of our featured red or white wines. Salute! This class is also vegetarian friendly. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
