This delightful class has you creating dishes inspired by the culture and cuisine of wonderful Venice. You will learn the techniques to prepare our version of Venice’s cicchetti (small plates), a beautiful Burrata, Prosciutto & Fig Crostini, followed by 2 more amazing courses. You will complete this unique dining adventure in our lovely Vasto Room, where you will enjoy dessert and a glass of featured wine. Non alcoholic options are also available.

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
