Join this class where Pizza is the star! You will learn the techniques to make a perfect light and crispy crust then create your own unique and delicious personal pizza with our array of toppings. Or celebrate the colors of the Italian flag making a traditional Margherita Pizza! We will also be making an Italian chopped salad. And, for a special dessert it’s pizza all the way when you create a beautiful and colorful fruit dessert pizza. We’ll end the class with a fun “Pizza Party” where you can savor your creations and enjoy a complimentary Italian beer or featured glass of wine! (nonalcoholic options available) Pizza! Pizza!

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
