Join us for a very special evening with our acclaimed Chef and Blog Author, Cindy Ramsey, as she prepares a menu sure to impress your family and friends and inspire memories of Italian Christmas Eves, past. Cindy will prepare all of the recipes for you and will teach you the tips and techniques needed to make this amazing, seafood celebratory dinner. You can relax, have fun, and enjoy the show! And as an added treat, Wine Director Jan Wilson or her staff will offer wine pairing recommendations from our wine shop to enjoy with dinner, which will also be available for purchase. And, you will receive a recipe packet of the class menu, plus 3 additional seafood recipes you can use to complement your feast at home!

- Due Antipasto: Hot Crab Dip with Crostini Toasts & ‘Frutti di Mare’ Shrimp & Scallops Seafood Salad
- Primo: Calabrian-style Bucatini Pasta Tossed with Fresh Ahi Tuna

Cindy Ramsey has been teaching cooking classes since 2012, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and frequent collaborations with local farmers markets. She’s known for creating fun, confidence-building classes that help students sharpen their cooking and baking skills.
TICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING.
All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
Cancelation Policy – We do not offer refunds for any canceled Cooking Classes. Classes may be canceled by calling 614-323-8609, up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Another class may be rescheduled within 30 days, or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled, but may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
