Join us for this special hands-on workshop, all about Gnocchi! Chef Sue will instruct you through the dough making, cutting and shaping of the gnocchi, as well as instructing the techniques to make an Italian Classic, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. This classic dish comes from Sorrento, on the Amalfi Coast. Gnocchi made in the Sorrentina style are covered in tomato sauce with delicious chunks of homemade mozzarella cheese melted throughout and topped with fresh basil. You will also make Carfagna’s Stuffed Meatballs, a crunchy Italian chopped salad and enjoy Limoncello Tiramisu from Cafe Cece. You’ll dine in our lovely Vasto Room while toasting with a glass of featured red or white wine. Salute!
