Join us for this special hands-on workshop, all about Gnocchi! Chef Marcia will instruct you through the dough making, cutting and shaping of the gnocchi, as well as instructing the techniques to make an Italian Classic, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. This classic dish comes from Sorrento, on the Amalfi Coast. Gnocchi made in the Sorrentina style are covered in tomato sauce with delicious chunks of fresh mozzarella cheese melted throughout and topped with fresh basil. You will also make Carfagna’s Meatballs, a crunchy Italian green salad and enjoy Carfagna’s great bread and dessert from Cafe Cece. We’ll dine on our candlelit Piazza while toasting with a glass of featured red or white wine. Salute! Non alcoholic options are also available.
