Welcome to the Final Cheese & Wine Pairings of Season 1 (2023).
We will start Season 2 in 2024.
These episodes will be guided by our Cheese Director, Michelle Vieira.
Michelle is a Cheese Monger, and a Certified Cheese Professional.
The Wines will be presented by our Beverage Director, Raj Hora.
We’ll cover The Islands… Sicily & Sardinia.
We’ll taste three cheeses from each Region, paired with 3 wines from the Region.
And… we’ll be serving up Carfagna’s Wonderful Pizzas to round out the evening.
When: Tuesday, October 24th @ 6:00 pm
Cost: $65.00/person (pre-pay only)
Must be 21+ years for the tasting
Cancellations must be 48 hours in advance
