Cheese & Wine Tasting- Italy 3, 9-26-23

Welcome to the continuation of the Cheese & Wine Pairings!

These episodes will be guided by our Cheese Director, Michelle Vieira.

Michelle is a Cheese Monger, and a Certified Cheese Professional.

The Wines will be presented by our Beverage Director, Raj Hora.

We’ll cover 3 Central Italy Regions…  Campania, Puglia, Basilicata!!!

We’ll taste two cheeses from each Region, paired with 2 wines from the Region.

And… we’ll be serving up Carfagna’s Wonderful Pizzas to round out the evening!

When:  Tuesday, Sept. 26th @ 6:00 pm

Cost: $65.00/person (pre-pay only)

Must be 21+ years for the tasting

Cancellations must be 48 hours in advance
