Carfagna’s is EXCITED to welcome Daniele Conterno, of Conterno Wines.
Daniele represents the fourth generation of producers. Starting with Great Grandfather Pietro Conterno and 18 hectares of land.
The land passed to his Grandfather Giacomo. Then to his father Franco who he still works with everyday.
The menu was designed by, and will be prepared by, Sal, Carmen & Bella Carfagna, Edgard Cancelmo, Chef Marcia, Jan Wilson & Raj Hora.
This will be the last dinner I present, leaving you folks in the very capable hands of Ms. Jan Wilson, our new Director of Wine.
