In this class you will learn the Italian methods to prepare traditional Roman dishes, highlighting simplicity, yet with aggressive flavors. Then we’ll put it all together and savor this delicious Italian dinner on our lovely Piazza. You can share a toast with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!
