In this class you will learn the Italian methods to prepare traditional Roman dishes highlighting simplicity, yet with aggressive flavors. Then you can enjoy your culinary achievements on our lovely Piazza where you will also be served a glass of our featured red or white wines!

Non-alcoholic options are also available.
