Make & Take Pies, 11-14-23

Kick off the Thanksgiving holiday by learning the techniques and methods for making perfect pies! Each guest will make Chef Marcia’s double delicious homemade pie crust for 2 single crust pies. Traditional fillings include Pumpkin Pie with Fall Leaves Pastry Embellishments and Classic
Dutch Apple Pie. You will also learn how to make easy, homemade whipped cream. Your pies will be wrapped for you to take home and freeze until you’re ready to bake them, along with a beautiful free ceramic pie dish! We’ll have prepared pies for you to see and taste at the end of the class along with coffee, a glass of wine, or nonalcoholic beverage
