In this class you can bring a date, a friend or come solo to enjoy a unique culinary experience celebrating the cuisine of Liguria, also known as the Italian Riviera! You will use native ingredients and methods to prepare an amazing menu of Ligurian favorite summertime dishes you can also easily prepare at home! Then we will move to our lovely Vasto Room where you can savor all of your culinary creations and share a toast with a complimentary glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!

Instructor – Peyton Haft
Originally from both Seattle and the Columbus area, Peyton has spent most of his career working in Seattle’s bustling food scene. Now based in Columbus, he brings his passion and experience to Carfagna’s as a Cooking Class Instructor. Peyton specializes in pasta, brunch menus and cooking up perfect steaks and chops. Peyton also has a deep appreciation for specialty cheeses and charcuterie – something he loves sharing with others through hands-on instruction. His classes bring a new vibe and you’re going to love it!

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
