Whether you’re an enthusiastic wine lover or have an occasional open bottle you’d like to use, this class is perfect for you! Learn how to use wine to enhance the flavor and complexity of your Italian feasts and wow your guests! Once learning the techniques and methods to prepare this “all things wine” dinner, you’ll enjoy your creations while dining on our lovely Piazza. A glass of our featured red or white wine is included with your class. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
