Southern Italy’s “Heel of the Boot” region is the focus of this culinary adventure. You will use fresh, flavorful and quality ingredients to create these Italian favorites. You will learn and experience the techniques to prepare a modernized Beef Braciole over a luxurious Polenta
along with traditional Roasted Broccolini. Then you and your friends will celebrate your creations on our lovely Piazza while savoring a glass of featured red or white wine and a special Italian dessert from Cece’s Café. Non alcoholic options are also available.
