You will learn how to prepare a dinner that is easy, elegant and perfect for a fireside special occasion, a candlelit dinner party for friends or just for fun! You’ll learn the methods and techniques to make an impressive Chicken Wellington with Sauteed Italian Green Beans along with the star of Milan – a Wild Mushroom Risotto. Our candlelit piazza is the perfect place to savor your culinary creations, dessert and a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!
