You’re invited to a special Italian Dinner Party with Friends! This class will give you all the tools to create an easy and impressive dinner party to celebrate the best spring ingredients. Chef Sue will teach you the methods and techniques to create 3 delicious courses including our house made fresh Garganelli with Spring Vegetables, Sheet Pan Roasted Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes, and a beautiful and unique Caprese Salad. We will also provide a light appetizer and dessert. You will then move to our lovely Vasto Room to dine and toast your friends with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
