Emilia-Romagna is a region situated in the northern part of Italy. It is one of the largest regions of the country and the capital, Bologna, is especially wonderful in the springtime. In this class you will learn to prepare Garganelli, one of the most loved pasta types of this region, prepared loaded with fresh spring vegetables and a luscious butter sauce.
You will also learn the techniques to prepare a traditional Chicken Scallopini. A beautiful and delicious Spring Strawberry Salad and Limoncello Tiramisu round out the menu of this celebration of spring. You will then dine on our lovely Piazza while enjoying a glass of our featured red or white wine from this region. Nonalcoholic options are also available.
