Homemade Gnocchi is one of our most requested cooking classes. Made with just a few ingredients these pillowy dumplings won’t disappoint! Chef Marcia will teach you the methods to make the perfect homemade Gnocchi Sorrentino, nestled in a traditional rich and delicious tomato sauce with bubbling mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. You will also learn to make a perfect side dish of broccolini with parmesan and lemon. We’ll top off the evening dining in our lovely Vasto Room, while also enjoying dessert and a glass of our featured red or white wine. Nonalcoholic options are also available.

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
