You will start off making Sicilian Arancini using premade risotto with Carfagna’s tomato sauce, as an appetizer. Then you will master the techniques of making an easy and perfect White Wine and Parmesan Risotto. You will balance the richness of the Risotto dishes by making a fresh chopped salad. Finally, you will prepare a fantastic dinner finale of White Chocolate and Raspberry Dessert Risotto, served with dinner in our lovely Vasto Room, along with a glass of featured red or white wine.
