In this unique class, you will learn the techniques to make classic homemade pasta dough, then roll it and cut it into fettuccine. Next you will create a superb fusion of Spinach and Sun Dried Tomato Sauce, premade Carfagna’s award winning Alfredo Sauce, Italian Rose Sauce and a trio of perfectly grilled meats to accompany your fettuccine. We’ll serve this Fettuccine Feast buffet style along with a complimentary glass of red or white wine and enjoy dining and camaraderie on our candlelit Piazza. Nonalcoholic options are also available.
