In this innovative class, you will learn how to make beautiful and delicious ravioli from the simple to the sublime! You will start by learning to make homemade pasta dough, then transforming it into a fabulous dish to WOW your family or guests. Chef Marcia will teach you the tips, and techniques to roll and cut the ravioli, prepare a simple and delicious party worthy filling and sauce. Then you will take chicken to the next level with this traditional, delicious Italian Roasted Chicken. We’ll add another Italian twist making Giada’s Tuscan Salad. You’ll then enjoy eating and socializing on our lovely Piazza while toasting your creations with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!! Non-alcoholic drink selections are also available.
