In this innovative class, you will learn how to make beautiful and delicious ravioli from the simple to the sublime! You will start by learning to make homemade pasta dough, then transforming it into a fabulous dish to WOW your family or guests. Chef Marcia will teach you the tips and techniques to roll and cut the ravioli, prepare a simple and delicious party worthy filling and sauce. Then you will be preparing delicious, succulent, and easy Italian Roasted Chicken. We’ll add another Italian twist making Giada’s Tuscan Salad. You’ll then enjoy eating and socializing in our lovely Vasto Room, while toasting your creations with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!! Non-alcoholic drink selections are also available.

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
