This class will teach you the methods and techniques to make homemade gnocchi and transform it into two fabulous fall recipes. Start by creating a hearty and delicious Gnocchi Soup brimming with Italian sausage and fall vegetables, followed by an entrée of Traditional Potato Gnocchi with a Creamy Tomato Sauce featuring Speck (a gourmet Italian prosciutto) and chiffonade of basil. You’ll make Crusty Garlic Baguette Slices and Brutti Ma Buoni (translated ugly but good!) Cookies to top off this comforting cold weather menu! We’ll celebrate fall and your creations dining on our inviting Piazza with a glass of featured red or white wine. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
