You will learn the methods and techniques to make Homemade Potato Gnocchi, followed by the versatility of creating two traditional sauces that pair beautifully with this favorite Italian pasta. You’ll round out this delicious dinner making Steamed Broccoli Almondine and Roasted Garlic Bread with homemade herb butter. we’ll move to our lovely piazza where you can enjoy dessert and toast your culinary achievements with a glass of red or white wine. (Non-alcoholic options are also available.)
