Homemade  Italian Pasta & Piccata Party, 11-18-25

Cook to impress your family or guests with these easy Pasta & Piccata offerings. Chef Peyton will teach you the simple techniques to make perfect traditional Chicken Piccata. Learn to prepare homemade pasta dough learning to mix, knead, roll and cut the dough. You will use a pasta machine to roll and cut the pasta, which takes just a few minutes to cook. You will learn the tricks to prepare an authentic Pasta Carbonara, complemented by a Tuscan Arugula Salad served with Italian Bread. Then you’ll dine in our lovely Vasto room, where you can enjoy this delightful meal and dessert from Cafe Cece as well as a glass of our featured red or white wines!

Originally from both Seattle and the Columbus area, Peyton has spent most of his career working in Seattle’s bustling food scene. Now based in Columbus, he brings his passion and experience to Carfagna’s as a Cooking Class Instructor. Peyton specializes in pasta, brunch menus and cooking up perfect steaks and chops!

 

TICKETS ARE PER PERSON. YOU NEED ONE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING. 

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).

Cancelation Policy – We do not offer refunds for any canceled Cooking Classes. Classes may be canceled by calling 614-323-8609, up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Another class may be rescheduled within 30 days, or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled, but may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
