Join us for this summer fun class where Chef Marcia will instruct you in the techniques of making wonderful and easy Pappardelle Pasta. You will make the homemade pasta dough, then cut it by hand and serve it in a freshly prepared summertime sauce and accompanied by crispy pan fried chicken. You will also make a delicious and fresh fennel and orange salad. The class will then move to our lovely Piazza where you can enjoy your summer creations and dessert with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
