Take spaghetti night to the next level!
In this workshop you will master the method and techniques to make easy homemade pasta from scratch. Then you will use a pasta machine to roll and cut the pasta. As a bonus we’ll teach you how to prepare basic Italian Red Sauce and Traditional Meatballs. You will also make a Chopped Salad and Easy, Cheesy Garlic Bread to complete this all time favorite Italian and American meal. We will dine on our lovely Piazza, where you can toast your culinary skills with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!
