In this workshop you will master the method and techniques to make easy homemade pasta from scratch. Then you will use a pasta machine to roll and cut the pasta. As a bonus we’ll teach you how to prepare basic red sauce and traditional Italian meatballs. Then we’ll put it all together and savor this beyond delicious Italian dinner on our lovely Piazza. You can share a toast with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!
