Homemade Pasta Workshop + Basic Red Sauce and Meatballs
In this workshop, you will master the method and techniques to make easy homemade pasta from scratch. Then you will use a pasta machine to roll out and cut fettuccini. As a bonus, we will teach you how to prepare basic red sauce and traditional Italian meatballs. Then we’ll put it all together and savor this delicious Italian dinner on our lovely Piazza. You can share a toast with a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!
