Chef Marcia is bringing yet another creative pasta class to Carfagna’s culinary lineup. You will learn the methods to make homemade pasta dough and then roll it into easy Cavatelli. Nestled in a cheesy sauce with a crispy bacon topping, this unique Cavatelli creation is a real crowd pleaser! You will also be making a beautiful Orange Fennel Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette and Sauteed Green Beans. We’ll top off the evening dining in our lovely Vasto Room while also enjoying dessert and a glass of our featured red or white wine.
