This class is a new pasta making workshop featuring the ease and fun of making homemade pasta with classic Roman recipes. You will learn the techniques and methods to make flavor packed dishes with a focus on combining fresh and minimal ingredients. We will then dine on our lovely Piazza enjoying your culinary achievements, dessert and a glass of our featured red or white wine! Nonalcoholic options are also available.
