Carfagna’s 4th annual Parmageddon is coming up. Save the date and join us as we celebrate the most regulated cheese in the world – Parmigiano Reggiano.
Imported, 90 lb. wheels will be the highlight of this event, where you can taste cheeses from around the world – and watch our Cheesemonger crack a wheel live. She’ll immediately scrape the wheel so you can experience a flavor and a cheese like you’ve never tasted.
Vinnie will be making his Cheese Wheel Pasta each day – or you can opt for a dinner portion of Cacio e Pepe made right at your table in one of those BIG cheese wheels!
